Truck Tour
My Role: Concept, Creative Director, Lead Producer
For Art Basel 2023, I led the concept, creative direction, and production of Max's "The Art of Drag" Truck Tour, a celebration of drag that brought our custom "dressing room on wheels" to two of Miami's iconic drag venues, and tapped local drag artists to give over 50 drag makeovers. The activation took home 6 Shorty Impact Awards in 2024. Take a look at the full case study for more information.















My Role: Senior Brand Director
To introduce Wattpad/WEBTOON Ad Solutions to the Advertising Week audience, we at Lupine designed a booth that combined product engagement, a dynamic video booth, and premium prizing like custom AirTags. We also consulted on the programming of an at-capacity panel on the topic of fandoms and media. All told, the event drew over 1400 lead gens for the brand and hundreds of thousands of impressions.

HBO Max Coffeehouse
at SXSW 2023
For SXSW 2023, HBO Max wanted to leave its mark on Rainey Street with an inclusive multi-cultural experiential activation that elevated the work of marginalized identities. The result was The Coffeehouse, which hosted panels, performances, parties, and yes, even a White Lotus-themed brunch and corresponding fireside chat. The coffeehouse saw more than 2,400 attendees over its three-day run, and ultimately generated over 750 pieces of earned content totalling 1.4B impressions agross digital and IRL.
